20% Project Blog#7 : Reflection

 Overall this year my 20 percent project blog's were bad and I will be explaining why. The main reason why is that I chose a irresponsible partner that never did anything. I think I failed but did okay doing my part of the project. It was pretty hard painting because there is always that moment when you run out of ideas or maybe even paint. But i will never let laziness hit me again because if i do i will get nowhere in life. But i cant say i learned from my mistakes because i did the same last year so i am going to try very hard not to fail anymore. In life no one is going to be here and do my stuff so i need to take action for myself and succeed so thats my reflection on my 20 percent project.

20% Project Blog #6 :Pac-Man

                                           

                                               This blog i painted a character everybody knows which is pacman. I decided to paint this character because this was a big part of lots peoples childhood. I actually free handed this character but when i was done i covered it up and splattered paint on the background. I used acrylic paint and paint brushes to complete this canvas. The main background color which is silver i painted with a liquitex spray can.  This canvas is my favorite one because its the one that reminds me of my childhood. Overall i think i did a great job for a quick freehanded painting. This is what i did for my blog number six.

20% Project Blog #5 :NWA

                              I am sharing another canvas i did but this time i left it simple. But this one is the NWA group stencil. I decided to leave this one simple because i liked this simple look for this stencil. What i did to make this stencil was sketch it out on a thick piece of paper. Then i got my x-acto knife and cut it out. This was a famous gang that were rappers and there music is still famous untill this day. I made this stencil because i like how there all broke up or some also passes away but there great music still lives. This is a canvas with little meaning but mostly made it for myself so i can hang it in my room. Those were the main reason why i made this and i will be making canvas's soon about many differnt things with meanings.

20% Project Blog #4 : Open Your Eyes

                              

                               I painted another canvas and i will be explaining why i made this canvas. First of all i am trying to tell people to open there eyes. What i am saying there is someone out there that is living a harder life than you. What i painted is a poor lady covering her face with the sun setting behind her. I painted this because i want people to actually care about homeless people and help them out so our planet can be a better place and everyone can be happy but im sure thats not going to happen. I used these colors because they standout. Those were the reasons why i painted this canvas so people can someday open there eyes.

20% Project Blog #3 : Wu Tang Clan

                            

                                     This time i did a little something different. I am going to explain what i did what what this is. I am also going to explain the process i did to do this canvas. First off i started with a blank canvas. Then i cut out the Wu Tang Clan logo. Next i decided to get a black for the back round. After i did that i got the part that got cut out of the stencil and taped it down. I grabbed the yellow and splattered it everywhere. I choose yellow because it is Wu Tangs color. Then i actually grabbed the stencil and used a gold to do the middle part. Thats what i mainly did to complete this canvas. I decided to do this canvas about the Wu Tang Clan because i like there music and enjoy them.

20% Project blog #2 : Anonymous Mask

                        This blog is about the Anonymous Mask and why i decided to paint it on a canvas. I will also be talking about what i did to do this painting. Another think i will talk about what am i going to do to keep doing the Rebel Canvas Art. What i did first was sketch the anonymous mask out. What i did next was cut it out as a stencil. Then i thought about the colors i was going to use. So i ended up using a nice olive green for the background. The other color that i chose was white with a black as the second color. Then i stenciled it on the canvas and just let it dry and now im blogging about it. I decided to do this because it means a person not identified by a name. I feel like the government doesn't care who we are thats why our society is messed up. That is my opinion and thats the reason why i painted this canvas.

20% project blog #1 War is coming

             This week i started by going to buy a couple of canvas's at the store Michael's. I also bought a couple of acrylic paint in little bottles with a pack of paint brushes. I painted this canvas army green with a paint brush. With the stencil i made i painted it on with black. The stencil is a bird with the body of a grenade and i thought these colors and the stencils represent war. I decided to do this because i am learning about world war 1 and 2 in history. According to history it repeats itself so there is a big chance on having a world war 3. What im going to do in the future is keep buying canvas's more paint and creating more stencils. Everything i am going to paint is going to have a meaning. I will start doing all my blogs so you guys can see my painting ans also read about the. This is what i am doing and also what i will be doing for my blogs.
